Like most of my idea, it started in one place and ended up in a completely different direction. Originally my plan for this kitchen was headed in a very traditional rustic direction. Similar to what you would imagine in the ultimate man cave. Now the kitchen has more of a modern take on a traditional kitchen. As far as the cabinets, I have found an obsession with navy. I am thinking navy cabinets with a worn brick accent wall/backsplash. My back up idea for the backsplash/accent wall is to exchange it for wooden countertops.
